I accidently subscribed to a service through Paypal guest and I would like this to be canceled.

I have contacted the service provider and they claim they are unable to help from their end. Is this true or am I getting scammed?

If you did it as a guest purchase then have you tried opening a paypal account and adding the card you used for the payment to that paypal account to see if the transaction shows up?

If not then contact your card issuer and see if they will cancel it for you.
