Cancel payments that were made by accident

I paid for a personal item by paying to 2 different people I thought could be trusted. I found out I was wrong and now I'd like to withdraw this payments. How do I do that?

As long as you used the goods/services option and not the friends/family option then you may have buyer protection.

Click on the transactions and then on the resolve a problem link bottom of that details page and select non receipt of item.
