I Can't receive payment form customer my paypal is saying Merchant is restricted.

Hello Dears

I am having issue on accepting payment (receiving payment) also when I create invoice and hit send button, it is returning Merchant is restricted.

I just want to use the PayPal without Master or debt card, is that possible.

(please any one assist me I getting working paypal account with out linking card)
