I understand that you would like to make a purchase and would like to add funds to your PayPal account. Please be informed that you can only send money to the seller directly from your linked funding source. Unfortunately, the option to add money is currently not available in your country and you won't be able to add funds using Bestchange exchanger. Also, kindly note that vehicles are not covered by PayPal buyer protection. Here's the help center article to know more information about PayPal Protection.
