Does the app settings have a section to enter payout method?
Also beware of scam/fake game apps that promise a big payout but never actually pay out. They get you to watch ads so they make the money and you grind for diminishing returns after awhile. Then these people have your PayPal email address to sell to god knows who to spam or do shenanigans. So make sure the games are legit.
