I'm new to PayPal. I'm not selling goods, I sell my services. I'm an English Tutor. The person who is in another country has paid to me with PayPal. How can I get the money faster not waiting for 21 days? I made it like I do sell goods, I put the shipping status as "shipped", but my client can't confirm the delivery. How can my client confirm that it is received in order to get my money faster?
