I put in an offer on eBay but it made me prove I could purchase so I chose Pay In 4 via Paypal. The seller didn’t accept the offer but the pre-authorization is still showing on my PayIn4 as a pending sale. This was 10 days ago. How do I get the transaction removed? I can’t use PayIn4 for other transactions while this is “pre authorized” and I am missing out on some items I really wanted to go after. I called eBay and they confirmed this was on Paypal and that they weren’t seeing the transaction on my account on the eBay side. Paypal was not helpful when I tried to call. I just want to use my account again. Please help.
