I just made a payment (donation) to a campaign that I received an email with a link on, and was surprised that it went through without asking me for my password. And I always logoff Paypal when I go to the site.
All the answers I've found so far refer to options that no longer exist or I can't find anywhere. For example, there're no option "Remember my login..." to uncheck and the list of browsers/devices (I see one entry there with the browser I'm currently using) is not editable.
How do I force Paypal to ask for login/password information when making a payment?
I will never make payments again via Paypal if this is how it works. I don't like using the credit card but even if many sites now have the bad practice of keeping the session active if you don't log off and instead just close the browser window, at least they still log off if you choose to log off explicitly.
