How do i deal with a company that fraudulently charges me

I recently was tricked into a subscription by an unscrupulous company.  The company uses an agent company to handle charges, indicated when the transaction shows up on the account.  I contacted the charging company and they claimed they cancelled the subscription and there would be no further charges.  A couple weeks later the charge shows up again under a different charging agency.  I contacted them, and they also claim to have removed the subscription.  I need to make sure this is over so the money can get freed up.  I also want to make sure this transaction will not show up again!  Perhaps some way to block or contact me for verification when it hits again?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

i did that, and no it never was active.  but just about the time the money would be freed from the reserve, the charge shows up again, this time from another billing agency.  both times assured that the subscription was cancelled and i would not see another charge.  not exactly what happened
