How do I use personal paypal balance on buisness account?

I have 2 paypal accounts, one is a business account and one is a personal one. Now, I'd like to purchase things under the business's name, so how can I use the balance on my personal account to do that? I've tried just sending the money to my business account but there was a fee.

I should also mention that I DO NOT want to give the information on my personal account out when making transactions, which is why I made the business account in the first place.

Unfortunately you can't receive friends/family payments on a business account so all payments would be viewed as goods/services with the resultant fee.
