How do I transfer a payment? When I select transfer, my balance is at 0.

I received a payment from outside entity. How do I transfer that to my bank account? When I select transfer, my PayPal balance is at 0, even though the transaction clearly states I received a payment.

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency for you to withdraw?

Is the transaction showing in your activity and the funds in your balance?

The payment shows up in my transactions as +100 in correct currency and "payment received". I see nothing about it as pending.

nope. as i said, the balance shows 0.

You can't transfer 0 !!

So sounds as if the funds were automatically sent to your linked and confirmed bank account.

it doesn't show up in my bank account either. is there a time delay?  it's been 4 days since it posted in transactions.

Takes 1-3 business days if auto withdrawn, the only other possible explanation is this one >>>

Did you buy anything and paypal take the funds from your balance to fund the purchase without you realising, go click on any recent transaction for buying and see if they were funded from that balance ie your payment instead of your linked funding source?
