How do I stop a payment on Credit card - I didnt log into paypal

How to stop payment on a credit card.

I didnt log into paypal, I just input my credit card details on the paypal page when the seller requested it (rather than logging in)

It is being taken by Paypal but is not showing on my account as I didn't log in to process it.

This is a monthly deduction so I need to cancel it.
