How do I add funds ? I can't find anything about how to make a balance account.

It says I need a balance account to add funds, but there isn't anything that says how to make a balance account.

You get a balance account when you accept a payment from a buyer and claim the funds for the first time.

Then you get the option to have the funds sent to your bank account, request a cheque or set up a paypal balance ie cash account.

When you provide the i.d requirements paypal ask for and click to agree to set up the balance account then your all set and can then apply for a paypal cash card and add funds to your balance account.
