Hi , A friend has paid money into my PayPal account and I can’t ‘see it’ , on her receipt it says they are waiting for me to accept the payment . I can’t find anything to accept this payment ? Can you help ? Thanks in advance .
If its showing as unclaimed on her account and you have received no email to accept the payment then get her to double check the email address.
Make sure its the one linked to your paypal account / that you have verified it / that there are no spelling mistakes or typos and that the funds sent are in a currency you can accept.
