I have transferred an amount of money from my Business PayPal Account to the bank account but the money never reached my bank account and 1 month and 1/2 passed. I talked many times with PayPal representatives over the phone - they sent me to the bank...tha bank confirmed that money never reached them....what should I do? how can I sue PayPal? Thank you.
