How can I get full refund?

Hello there. I made a transaction to myself by make a transfer to another email address of mine but I want to cancel it cause I forgot the password of that email account. How can I ask my full money back from PayPal? Thank you in advance

I understand that you want to cancel the payment which was sent to your other account. You can usually cancel a payment that is in a pending status and has a "Cancel" link next to it. If the payment is Completed this means the money has already reached the other account, so it can't be cancelled. You can able to issue the refund by accessing your other account. 

I know how important to get back to your account. For help with accessing your PayPal account, your best option would be to reach out to us over the phone. I recommend you to click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. you will see "Call Us" option at the bottom of the page during working hours.
