How can I add money to my PayPal account when living in Indonesia?

I have two bank accounts in Indonesia. One is an IDR account, and the other is a USD account. I can link my IDR account to PayPal, but only in that I can send IDR from PayPal to my bank, not the other way. My child's schooling is online and paid via PayPal, so I need to be able to put money (USD) into my PayPal account. I also now have a Wise account (which is where I will soon be receiving my monthly salary). I also don't seem to be able to link my PayPal account with my Wise account. Please help!

The option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.

As a buyer you never need funds in your Paypal balance.
Paypal will automatically take payment from any confirmed bank account or card (whichever is eligible in your country) during the payment process.

If you have the option to select a funding source then you can do so here...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

Lastly Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
