I live in Norway and I do a lot of purchases from AliExpress, and the payments are in Norwegian currency, and sometimes I got refunded for some items which had problems, but each time I get a refund the currency difference always causes a big difference in the exchange, so I need to keep the refunded money as it is(in US Dollars) in my PayPal balance without transferring it to my debit card and lose the currency difference, so I can use it next time when I do purchase.
