Hello to everyone. I have recently made a transaction to buy something with a card which is connected with PayPal via Paypal payment method. The transaction was not completed and the result was the amound to be hold from my bank account under the discription PayPal *TFM. Allthough there is no any appearance/sign under PayPal's Recent Activity as a result I cannot make 'select' to cancel/refund my Bank accound.

I appreciate your help!

If its on hold on your bank account and does not go through as transaction cancelled then it should drop back into your bank account.

Speak to your bank about it, paypal can't do anything if they have not received any money on their site.

Thanks for the response, I have already spoke to my bank and they told me that the transaction has been approved to PayPal *TFM and they give me a 6digit as a confirmation and they suggested me to contact with PayPal but what can I do when I cannot see the transaction in PayPal’s Recent Activities in order to tick it and to move forward through the process and canceling it.

ok, sounds as if you paid as a guest buyer via a card and not logging in to your paypal account first?

If so then contact customer services and see what they can do.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
