Hello! I have money on hold for 21 days, when will it be available for withdrawal? And why am I only having a problem with money sent as a gift from friends? I'm not a business, I don't have a company and I don't sell anything!

Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
