I had a client send a payment with an E-Check to my email the problem I am having to is when I go to the cash a check tab I find nowhere I can up load the document. The option to capture the check is there, but since it was sent via email how do I get it into my paypal account also when I do get it transfered how do I send a receipt showing payment was recieved. Thank you I am new to all of this.
That's a great question. Regrettably, at this time there is no option to cash an eCheck on your PayPal account. Here's an article from our Help Center on the cash a check service.
