I made a transfer this morning from my upwork account to my paypal and my paypal balance shows zero....how is that even possible? I received a notification from upowrk that the amount was sent and paypal doesn't reflect any received funds. I do these transfers on weekly/ monthly basis and this never happened before. anyone here had same issue? I'm trying to contact an agent since morning and no use, all I'm getting is the automated replies ..please help
Thank you for your post. If you do this regularly and never have an issues, then it may be just a delay with the funds being transferred over. I can understand that this would be unsettling for you but I would give it a day to see if the funds show up.
