Hello we have a problem me and a freind of mine, cannot refund money.

Helllo I've sent money to a friend, he/she cannot refund the money to me, is there any way so we can get the money back as his account is blocked?

If his account is blocked then he would not be able to receive the funds, does it say SENT or pending/unclaimed on your paypal account?

If SENT then it has successfully transferred to the email address/paypal account you sent it to.

If they can't refund then tell them to contact customer services to refund it for them.

I sent money to a wrong mail, how do I recover such money?

1. Contact the wrong email recipient and request a refund.

2. If they refuse contact customer services and ask them to reach out and ask the recipients. They can't force them to refund a 'gift' payment but sometimes the recipient will voluntarily refund once Paypal have reached out to them.

3. If that doesn't work and you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you. Again you may not be covered as it was a 'gift' payment.
