I submit all the doucuments for changing the name I use in my paypal already since I change my legal first name (same last name tho) but Paypal still didnt respond anything about the name matter. And today I have a withdrawal request waiting for review. this transaction was send to a correct bank account but my Paypal account still use my old first name but the bank account is using my new first name. Will there be a problem with the transaction when the address of bank account is correct but the name is different?
Possibly yes, if the transfer fails it should bounce back to your balance though, allow 14 working days and if no sign contact customer services for a trace.

So I have to wait for paypal to verify doucuments I submit for a name change before I can withdraw my money? That's a bit of a bother. And right now the transaction is waiting a review , if they denied the request because of this matter or if the transaction fail because of this matter the money should come back to my paypal account right?
