So I have decided to buy something on ENEBA using just my debit card on PayPal without using an account and something failed, and I was not able to get my refund because it was sent to the paypal. I checked my debit card nothing got sent back I don't know what to do

I see you've questions about a guest check out transaction you've made. If the transaction failed or if a refund was issued, it always goes back to the original funding source used. In this case, the funds should have gone to your card. It might take 5 to 30 days for the funds to reflect in your card. You can check with your card provider if there was a deduction and also about the refund. If you receive no help from them then you can contact PayPal by Visiting the Website and clicking on the Contact option.
