Hand delivered, im on hold

How can I tell PayPal that the item was delivered yesterday by Hand, customer is happy, and so they will release the payment hold? Pp doesn’t seem to recognise the possibility of delivering a large item (electronic keyboard) in person.

In the transaction details, click the get money sooner button or the add tracking info button and update the order status to ‘processed’. Wait 48 hrs and then ask buyer to confirm receipt. Note, not all transaction will have ability to or be required to confirm receipt. You’ll just have to wait until after 21 days for the release of funds in such cases. The hold is to ensure the funds are there in case buyer files a dispute or chargeback because item not received, item not as described or unauthorized transactions within 180 days of payment. 

Deliveries or pick ups in person are not covered under PayPal seller protection or buyer protection but buyer has chargeback rights through their card issuer or bank. Best to accept cash for in person deliveries.
