HELP I withdrew money from Fiverr to the WRONG COUNTRY account.

I withdrew money to an account that says that I am from the US, but I am from a different country and I can't accept the money or return it back to my Fiverr account to withdraw it to a proper account. My hard-earned money is basically stuck. Paypal doesn't allow me to change the country, but I can't accept the money because it only lists US banks and services which I can't use because I am not an American citizen/taxpayer, I've contacted Fiverr and Paypal support and they didn't help me at all. It says: "Money is waiting for you..." but I can't accept it since it only lists US banks and thus US cards It's been a year and the money hasn't returned to Fiverr or anything for that matter

Since it’s a US account, file a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA and ask PayPal to return the money to Fiverr.
