Gcash cash in from Paypal didn't reflect and it's more than 24 hours now.

Hello,

I need urgent help in my current situation. I have processed cash in transaction from my Paypal to Gcash

and been doing it for more than a year now, and just this last Sunday(Easter). The fund cash in transaction

I made didn't reflect to my Gcash account - yet there's already a reference number or receipt from Paypal 

that the payment or trasfer amount has been completed.

I contacted Gcash and they said there's no cash in transaction done during the day and it's getting frustrating 

to me now. Where's my money now??? It's been more than 24 hours and gcash rep submitted a ticket but I guess

it won't help resolving my concern. Please do advise and if possible to process an automatic refund of the amount

I'd deepy appreciate it.
