Gcash Cashin from Paypal

Hi, is there anyone here that trying to re-link their Paypal to Gcash for Cashin then when Preapproved Payments on Gexchange will be approved, after a seconds it will be cancelled. I dont know whats happening. What should I do?

same happening to me, Gcash says contact Paypal for this issue.
