Hi, sorry if this seems like a silly or repetitive question. I recently accepted a digital art commission and when my client sent me the money, it said that the funds are on hold. When I check, Paypal encourages me to add a tracking number or increase my sales..even when there's no product to physically send, and I don't do this often. It's not like I'm using Paypal for professional business, just freelancing art. Is there something I can do?
