I have one customer emailing me that she just paid through my PayPal. However, I checked with both eBay and Paypal, there is no transaction nor fund pending. The email seemed legit but I still can’t find anything going through my account yet
Have you checked with the sender that they sent payment to the correct email address? This is the first thing I would check as sometimes if you are listing something on eBay it can default to an old email address. If this is not the case and they say they have sent it to the correct email address and you have not received it I would ask them to send it again before shipping anything out.
