My boss can't send me money using friends and family option,he has been sending me money that way except now he doesn't give him the option. What happened?
It was available on PayPal App, I use it manytimes f/f and g/s ,but after I use it it says this action is not available after I choose the beneficiary and the money want to send and the f/f, I don't know it is really disgusting.
Well you seem to be the only one from Israel on this forum that has that option as the rest of the hundreds that have posted here complain it's not available in Israel.
Very strange as your website does not mention personal payments whereas other countries do and the fee section does not cover it.
So unless its a very new policy we will have to wait and hope a moderator chips in.

I don't know what to say, but even f/f is available, buti still can't send money to my friend. Also I can't send by xoom, and can you tell me how it is working?
