Friends and family option

My boss can't send me money using friends and family option,he has been sending me money that way except now he doesn't give him the option. What happened?

No longer an option for business accounts, you can't send or receive friends/family payments.

Paypal policy to stop sellers accepting friends/family payments for transactions to evade paying the fees.

What about me, I have personal paypal account, but I can't send money to my friend in Ukrain, so why?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.
Unfortunately you are probably in one of those countries so would not be able to send payments to the Ukraine.

Sorry, but you are wrong, because I have this choice friends/ family and still can't send it to my friend, all I can tell you is, PayPal is big lie, and they follow political orders, and they say thing and do other things, I know it and totally understand it, PayPal is big lie to us to the people, they should have more mercy for the treatment, because I want to help my friend while they are under the Russian rockets, it is wise to PayPal to be with these rockets. Just checked on Paypal Israel and you do not have the friends/family option in the personal menu so no you do not have the f/f option.

Do you this I'm idiot? Do you think I don't see it? I told you it is there, and I can send it to you with screenshot, to let you know you are wrong, sorry. I don't like PayPal policy and treatment, it's also against Ukraine and support Russia in this case. PayPal is big **bleep** now.

No where on your countries site does it say you can use the f/f option not even on the fees page, so yes a screenshot would be helpful if the policy has changed very recently.

Also Paypal does allow folks to send to the Ukraine as long as they have the f/f option. In the meanwhile paypal have blocked Russian accounts completely so best get your facts correct before blaming paypal for not supporting them.

Not sure you can on a paypal account, but we have loads of posts from Israeli users on here complaining that they don't have the f/f option so unless its a new policy not sure why you have it?

Can you explain where it is, when you go to send money > put in an email address etc > do you get the g/s AND f/f option and if not where do you see it?
