Today while trying to withdraw cash from my PayPal balance at the Money Center at my local WalMart, when the associate scanned the barcode that’s generated to start the transaction there was an “internal error”, and I was suggested to come back later. After speaking to WalMart customer service they hadn’t heard of anything internally wrong, but after contacting PayPal they were aware of similar reports. Is there any more information on what’s going on with this and a timetable?
