I attempted to purchase an item on ebay but when I attempted to checkout, my selected item was subsequently replaced with the title "ebay e-commerce ", in the exact amount ($34.17) of the item I had originally attempted to purchase. In my Pay Pal account it shows up as "payment pending". Ebay suggests for me to contact Pay Pal and Pal Pal suggests I contact Ebay...ANY suggestions on how to get this resolved the quickest would be greatly appreciated.
The payment showing up as Pending is normal. Give it a few days for the payment to be settled. Keep in mind that eBay now uses another payment processor, Adyen, to process PayPal payments for them these days.
