Earlier refund and sellers problems with e-mail

Dear Sir or Madam,

the seller report that he can not get the money that I sent.

 Is it possible to return me my money back before the 25th of May? The seller report he can not get the money from me, because of problem with his e-mail. I can not understand why he can not get the money if I sent the money? And why I must wait for so long to get the money back?

I am asking to return me the money sooner because I will not get the item.

Is it showing as unclaimed? If so and there is no cancel option then the unclaimed status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
