Im about to order the package with sport goods, but Pakistan manufacturer asked me to pay them before they start production, im scared of scam, he offered me to pay him on some Paypal that he has in Germany, but im confused and dont know what to do, but i like his goods..
Don’t do it. PayPal services are not available to Pakistan and individuals/businesses located in Pakistan must not open a PayPal account under a different country. It is a restricted activity.
