Didn't receive the payment as account was not business account when the payment was done.

I did not have a business account on Paypal when I received a payment. Payments done after that are received in my Paypal account. What should I do to receive the payment now?

Hi @Arushi_19 
I understand your concern to receive the money immediately. If you have received the money as goods and services then it will be kept on hold for 21 days. You can release the money by asking the sender to confirm the receipt.

I worked for an online firm and they paid me ...but at that time my account was not converted to business type and hence I had received an email telling that my payment is pending but even after converting my account to business type I haven't received the payment that was pending..Please help me.

 I followed all the instructions and provided the documents required. It has been 3 weeks since I provided the information.

My account was converted to a business account 3 weeks ago and the payment was made to me 4 weeks ago.
