Desperate help of tracking in order

I have a PayPal account but for some reason I made my purchase through PayPal as a PayPal guest after my purchase I got a confirmation email from PayPal with my transaction ID number in the merchants transaction ID number and my receipt of transaction order with my payment. My question is that I still track my order as a PayPal guest with my transaction ID number the find out the progress of my order? I feel that I might have been really scammed and I'm just trying to get some information and progress on my purchase library on the February 12th. Please reply I am in desperate need I've exhausted all my Avenues and I'm not very smart on this subject

If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

I'm exhausted and trying to solve this problem because I just can't figure it out when it comes to technical situation I'm just lost it's like I need somebody to hold my hand through it so I'm just going to take the loss because the more I try to figure it out the more I get myself all jumbled up it's a damn shame but I guess it is what it is. All I wanted was somebody just to look at my purchase confirmations and look at the addresses and look stuff up that I can't seem to look up and I can't talk on the phone because I get all flustered and I don't know how to explain stuff and it makes me really look stupid and feel even stupider... I've saved all my information for my orders and emails and I've sent screenshots and everything.. but I thank you for trying to give me information I just wish I was smarter in these matters
