Deposit to casino not arrived

I sent deposit to betway casino its showing as sent on paypal but not arrived usually instant. I did it twice and ml ey left paypal but betway said deposit declined I'm confused.

I would read paypals acceptable use policy on gaming and gambling or you may risk your paypal account being limited.
