Depop Payment on hold even after 24 hours of delivery, waiting

I sold on an item on depop which I've done multiple times before, my money was placed on hold, I added tracking and it still hasnt been released its been over two days since it was delivered, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate this must be concerning. 

Once the tracking has been added and the system refreshes this tracking ID to see delivery to the buyer's address, this should be released.
