I transferred the money to my bank account and I got a message says the transaction is completed and the money is gone already from my PayPal account then at the same second I got another message says the transaction is denied but the money is gone already what should I do????? Thanks in advance

Allow 5 days for it to complete but if its declined then you may have to allow 5-7 business days for it to bounce back to your paypal balance.
Does the name on your bank account match the name on your paypal account exactly?

Thank you for your answering I appreciate it, and no the name is not the same, but this not my first time I've been sending and receiving money for almost a year and never face any issues

Then you have been lucky, for a withdrawal to a bank account normally the name on the bank has to exactly match the name on your paypal account.
