hello. do you known who pays the paypal comission. the sender or the person who accepts the money or both ?

It’s the person who accepted the money, that’s how i know it’s been for over years now.

Sorry wrong advice.
Depends on how the funds are sent.
If using the goods/services option then the seller pays the fee BUT the buyer may be charged any currency conversion charges from their bank or card issuer.
If it's a friends/family payment then the SENDER pays any fees.
Advice is voluntary.
