Claimed payment not reflected in account

i received a payment of $20 today morning and i claimed the payment but it hasnt been reflected on my account. Its almost been a day since i claimed my 1st payment on my personal paypal account but the trasaction isnt showing up in recent transactions and i havent received the pyament in my account. what do i do
