Claimed money never arrived

Hi All,

I was sent a payment for the first time and I received an email asking me to claim the money.

'Get your money in just a few easy steps. Claim it by June 8, 2022 or it will be returned to the sender.'

I followed the instructions but I have yet to see the money enter my account. Now when I click the button it says the transaction is no longer there. 

Do I need to get the sender to resend or does PayPal need to sort this one out?
