Claimed Patreon Payout Missing

I made a payout from patreon on Jan 18. I am in South Africa and the pay out was in USD. I received an email notification from PayPal to log in and accept my payout. After I claimed it I was told to wait 3-5 business days for the transaction to complete. Now its February 6 and there is no money in my PayPal. I already confirmed with Patreon and the payment was made to Pay Pal and cannot be reversed but no money is in my account. What do I do?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving a Patreon payment to your PayPal account. Have you Confirmed your email address yet? If your email address isn't confirmed, the payment may never make it to your account. I would also recommend checking with Patreon to make sure they've spelled your email address correctly. You may also need Verify your PayPal account by completing certain steps like confirming your financial info or potentially providing a form of identification.
