Chime returned a PayPal deposit due to a name mismatch and the refund hasn't shown up

According to Chime:
"A deposit of $200.00 from PAYPAL was returned to the depositor.
We are only able to accept direct deposits where the receiver’s name on the deposit matches the name of the Chime account holder.
To correct this deposit, please contact the depositor who initiated this transaction."
The transfer says 'completed' in my PayPal activity and the money has not been returned to my account.
I opened a 'Missing refund or credit' case but the status still says 'Under review'. It's been 2 days, is there anything else I can do?
