Charged twice for the event TicketMaster

Hi, I have bought a ticket for an event last week. The first time I was trying to buy with Paypal, the transaction did not go through and it said on the screen’ something went wrong’. So I tried again and this time, the transaction went through. Later on, I noticed that two of the transaction, including the one which did not go through, were charged. I received two emails with ticket information. I didn’t think I got two tickets, so I just used the first email ticket, which I didn’t know it went through, for the event. Now, because I did not allow the first transaction, I would like to get a refund for that. I have contacted the Ticket Master but they are not replying. What way is the best way to sort this out?

Are there 2 transactions showing in your paypal account activity?

ok then open a dispute for non receipt of item for the second transaction and clearly state in the notes/message section the transaction number of BOTH payments and that only x1 ticket was issues.

Hi thank you for your reply. I understand but I did receive a ticket from the second transaction though? Can I still submit to the resolution centre not receiving it?

Open a dispute on the transaction you did not get a ticket with then?

Hi thank you again. I got a ticket from both transaction. The issue is the first one didn't go through, but still got charged and ticket was sent.
