Hi, i stream on twitch and my viewers send me donations but I dont get them its says its pending or it says i cant get payed at this moment, any help?

I dont have a bank linked to my paypal, I didnt understand that from your link, can you sum it down for me and is there any thing i can do ti fix this?

Don't think you read the link properly, (section 1) you can only add a U.S bank account, if you don't have one then you would need to add a visa credit card.

So i cant recive money if i dont have US bank acc, can i add bosnian credit card? Will i be able to recive donations then? Or does it have to be US? I read somewhere thet I dont need to link my card or bank acc to get money, only i had to verify my email and send my ID, is this true or? I really need help with this?
