Cant recieve money from streamlabs tips

Hello i have tips on streamlabs from my stream and i put my paypal there and nothing happens i dont recieve money .i contacted streamlabs support they said to reach out to you.do u know whats the problem?

I am sorry to know that you're facing trouble with receiving payments to your PayPal account. To receive payments, you need to confirm your email address and verify your PayPal account. If your account is already verified and have confirmed email address, you're all set to receive payments. Please check if the registered email address is same in both PayPal and stream labs accounts and no pending actions are listed in the notifications tab/resolution center of your account. If you still face the trouble, please reach out to PayPal Support team to check this further.
